Bed, bath, and kitchen linen, WiFi internet connection, final cleaning, energy costs, covered parking space and free use of the buses.
Additionally, a tourist tax of € 3,00 per person per night (ages 14 and over) will be charged.

Information and conditions

Booking/Deposit/Final Payment:

The reservation is binding upon receipt of a deposit, which you can make via bank transfer.
The residual amount must be paid no later than the day before check out, either in cash or via bank transfer.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

• Up to 15 days before arrival, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
• 14 days before arrival and in the event of early departure, the full amount will be charged.

We recommend taking out travel insurance.

Check-in:

On the day of arrival, the apartment will be available from 2:00 pm.
On the day of departure, please vacate the apartment by 9:00 am.

Pets:

By prior arrangement, if your small to medium-sized pet is calm, clean, and supervised, they are welcome to join you on your holiday.
